The UFC returns to Quebec for the first time in ten years, as UFC 315 heads to the Bell Centre in Montreal this weekend. With two championship bouts topping the bill—Belal Muhammad defending his welterweight crown against Australian standout Jack Della Maddalena, and Valentina Shevchenko putting her flyweight title on the line against France’s Manon Fiorot—fans are in for a stacked night.
While the spotlight is on the main card, the prelims also feature some must-see matchups. Here are the undercard fights to keep an eye on this Saturday:
Mike Malott vs. Charles Radtke (170 pounds)
Canadian welterweight Mike Malott (11-2-1, 4-1 UFC) headlines the preliminary portion of the event, aiming to build on his momentum after a strong 2023 and a bounce-back win last fall. After a tough loss to veteran Neil Magny earlier in 2024, Malott secured a decision win over Trevin Giles at UFC Edmonton.
His opponent, Charles Radtke (10-4, 3-1 UFC), is off to a solid start in the promotion as well. Aside from a lone defeat to Carlos Prates, Radtke has looked sharp, with two of his three UFC wins coming via first-round TKO—demonstrating his knack for early finishes.
Jéssica Andrade vs. Jasmine Jasudavicius (125 pounds)
Former strawweight champ Jéssica Andrade (26-13, 17-11 UFC) steps into the Octagon for a record-setting 29th time—the most by any woman in UFC history. Already the female fighter with the most wins in the promotion, Andrade is now just one finish away from tying Amanda Nunes and Gillian Robertson for the most stoppages by a woman in UFC history (10).
Standing in her way is Canada’s Jasmine Jasudavicius (13-3, 7-2 UFC), who’s been on a tear with four straight wins since the beginning of 2024. This fight marks a true test of momentum versus experience.
Modestas Bukauskas vs. Ion Cutelaba (Light Heavyweight)
A pair of resurgent light heavyweights square off as Modestas Bukauskas (17-6, 5-4 UFC) takes on Ion Cutelaba (19-10-1, 8-9-1 UFC). Bukauskas struggled in his first UFC stint but has returned strong, notching four wins in five outings, including recent stoppages over Marcin Prachnio and Raffael Cerqueira.
Cutelaba, a UFC veteran making his 19th appearance, has rediscovered his form too. After a rough patch, he’s won three of his last four, including a first-round submission of Ibo Aslan earlier this year.
Navajo Stirling vs. Ivan Erslan (Light Heavyweight)
Undefeated City Kickboxing product Navajo Stirling (6-0, 1-0 UFC) looks to keep his perfect record intact as he faces Croatia’s Ivan Erslan (14-4, 0-1 UFC). Stirling earned his UFC contract with a highlight-reel KO on Dana White’s Contender Series, then followed up with a decision win in his debut at UFC Tampa.
Erslan, a former KSW title challenger, is still hunting for his first UFC victory after a narrow loss to Ion Cutelaba last September.
Marc-André Barriault vs. Bruno Silva (Middleweight)
This middleweight bout could be a make-or-break moment for both fighters. Hometown favorite Marc-André Barriault (16-9, 5-8 UFC) is in a tough spot, having dropped three straight, including a pair of first-round finishes.
He’ll face Bruno Silva (23-12, 4-6 UFC), who also finds himself in dire need of a win. Silva’s last victory came in April 2023, and he’s lost four in a row since then. Expect fireworks, as both men fight to keep their UFC careers alive.
