“My gym bag itself is a nice, big Jaco bag. I just have my gym clothes and maybe the sweaty clothes I forgot from the day before (laughs).
“I keep some Vaseline, a roll of tape and some headphones all in my bag. Probably the most unusual thing I have is a lucky bracelet I keep in there.”

“I use 16oz Triumph or my 16oz Venum gloves (for sparring). For bag and mitt work I use 10oz Punish Fight Gear gloves and for MMA work I use my old Bellator fight gloves. I really like the Triumph United hand wraps. For some reason they just seem to wrap better than the others I’ve used.”
