Just days after FO’s awards celebration, MMA mourns the passing of ‘The Monster’.
It was with great sadness that Fighters Only discovered mixed martial arts pioneer Kevin Randleman died on February 11th aged just 44. It’s especially hard to believe as, just days earlier, the former UFC heavyweight champion had enjoyed the World MMA Awards with friends and peers, including former world championship opponent, Randy Couture. An icon from the early days, fans will never forget ‘The Monster’s iconic battles with legends of the game in the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Pride. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time for the sport’s entire community. Rest in peace, Kevin.
