Learn how to take control from a neutral position and put your opponent flat on their back

Greg Jackson with John Dodson

The most in-demand coach in MMA. His star students include Georges St-Pierre and Jon Jones

1 - Greg and John are clinched in the 50/50 position.

2 - Greg pummels in his overhook underneath John’s left arm and secures a bodylock

around his lower back.

3 - Greg keeps a hold of John and puts his right leg behind his left leg.

4 - Greg puts his forehead below John’s chin for a dominant head position.

5 - Staying tight with the bodylock, Greg turns his right knee into the back of John’s.

6 - As John is falling, Greg uses his head to steer his body in a clockwise direction.

7 - As John lands on his back, Greg’s legs are clear and he establishes a dominant position with side control.
