What do you cheat with?
“Ramen, I suppose. It’s literally all I eat in camp, every day, but it’s a bit naughty too as it has high sodium content.”

“Soy sauce, of course. It works with rice and broth.”

“I do a very tasty beef and ramen broth that is popular.”
What is your favorite meal during fight camp?
“A good steak. It’s a treat once a week as it’s slow to digest, but I look forward to it.”
What meal do you eat after the weigh-in?
“Chicken pasta with cream sauce. I usually fight in the US and pasta is available everywhere.”
What food do you look forward to most after a fight?
“Fast food! Again, in the US, fast food is everywhere so when I finish fighting I eat anything I can get my hands on, and burger and pizza places are open late.”
Which nationality of food is your favorite?
“Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Indian – in that order (laughs).”
Anything in there inedible?
