Because the parallels between perhaps mixed martial arts’ most successful trainers and one of the US’s most successful TV shows are surreal. MMA’s off-the-wall fight scientists and TV’s unlikeliest drug-cooking duo both ply their trades locked away in the sparse, dry surroundings of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and both dedicate their time to producing industry-shaking products.
