Crushed. Frankie Edgar is unable to mask his emotions after losing his UFC lightweight title to Ben Henderson at UFC 144 in Japan. After five close rounds the former champion dropped a unanimous points decision, with perhaps the scars of the battle reflecting on the story of the fight. New champ Henderson looks totally fresh and relatively unmarked as his hand is raised by referee Marc Goddard inside the Octagon, while Edgar’s face is a bloodied swollen mess.
