What are the five must-haves in your fridge?
“Eggs, milk, soda, a freezer full of meat and a freezer full of ice cream.”
What food do you like to pig out on?
“Me and the boys come over and we eat loads of hot, spicy cheese!”
What’s your cheat meal?
“I don’t really have a strict diet so as long as I’m training three times a day I can pretty much eat whatever I want.”
Do you keep anything interesting in your freezer?
“I gotta keep ice packs in there ‘cos I’m always getting injuries [laughs].”
What’s your favorite bottled sauce?
“I’d say A1 and Worcester sauce.”
What dessert do you like?
“I like fresh baked cakes that I make from scratch. They call me Mr Betty Crocker at home.”
What’s your signature dish?
“It’s gotta be Italian food. I love making fresh spaghetti.”
What’s your favorite meal during fight camp?
“I don’t think I have one. I eat whatever I want so I don’t really crave anything.”
What do you eat after the weigh-in?
“We’ll go out for pasta and chicken but I don’t have red meat until after the fight’s done.”
What food do you look forward to after the fight?
“Well I’m not big on red meat so I love going out and chowing down on sushi. I don’t go before just in case I get food poisoning from bad sushi.”

“Oxtail, crawfish and pizza.”

“Beer; I don’t drink... especially white beer!”

“Coke.”
Milk or beer?
“Milk but only with cereal. I can drink chocolate milk but I can’t drink white milk. Kind’a racist isn’t it? [Laughs]”

“Coffee.”

“Butter.”

“Gotta have both.”
Chocolate or Cheese?
“Again, gotta have both.”

“Brown. Like I said, I’m a racist [laughs].”

“Brown pasta [laughs].”

“It depends on what the dish is.”
What’s your soul food?
“Oxtail! My wife cooks it for me all the time.”

“Wife’s cooking.”
