Best Quote: Mayhem Miller

“I’d like to dedicate this award to the weird and crazy kid. Keep being weird and eventually someone will give you something shiny!”

Jon Jones

After moonwalking onto the stage he came out with: “Thank you Dana White, I’m going to kiss you on that bald head right now.”

Dan Henderson

“I’d like to thank Michael Bisping’s chin for being in front of my fist.”

Diego Sanchez

Once he made it to the stage he let out a trademark: “YES!”

Charles ‘Mask’ Lewis

Accepting on his behalf a teared-up TapouT crew said: “Charles was an ambassador for the sport... He’ll always be remembered.”

Arianny Celeste

She kept it simple with: “I just want to thank all the fans. And my UFC family, and, of course, Dana, Zuffa, the Fertittas, I love you guys!”

Dana White

“Everybody in this room being honored tonight do what they love for one reason... the fans... Thank you for voting for me for this award.”

Dan Henderson

Rashad Evans, Lyoto Machida, Nate Marquardt and Anderson Silva.

Charles ‘Mask’ Lewis

Rather than fan nominations, the ‘Outstanding Contribution to MMA’ award is chosen by a panel of experts.

Arianny Celeste

Edith Labelle, Holly Madison, Logan Stanton, Natasha Wicks.

Dana White

Bjorn Rebney, Joe Silva, Michael Schiavello and Scott Coker.

Attire

Mayhem Miller

Though not sporting

his trademark ‘strip of doom’ Mayhem stood out with a shiny red waistcoat complementing his black suit.

Jon Jones

Wearing a loose red tie, thick-rimmed clear-glass framed spectacles and a pair of trainers he looked too cool for school.

Dan Henderson

Ever the professional ‘Hendo’ kept it simple with the classic smart black suit and white shirt combination.

Diego Sanchez

Sanchez certainly turned up for the event ‘smart casual’ wearing jeans, black high tops and a glimmering silver blazer that matched his award.

Charles ‘Mask’ Lewis

Accepting the award for ‘Mask’ were his best friends ‘Punkass’ and ‘Skyscrape’ who among their black attire wore the TapouT logo with pride.

Arianny Celeste

A stunning white dress, however, she could have worn jeans with a t-shirt and pulled it off.

Dana White

True to his style, Dana ditched the tie and wore his collar unbuttoned with what was most likely the most expensive suit in the venue.

2011 Nomination

Mayhem Miller

His entrance at Dream 16 not only outshone Kazushi Sakuraba’s, but has also earned him another nomination for this year’s ‘Ring Entrance of the Year.’

Jon Jones

His star has continued to rise since winning the ‘Breakthrough Fighter’ award, winning ‘Fighter of the Year’ would top off an amazing 2011 for ‘Bones’.

Dan Henderson

Capturing the Strikeforce 205lb title and KO’ing the legendary Fedor means he’s a front runner for the ‘Fighter of the Year’ award this November.

Diego Sanchez

An entertainer, it is no surprise he is once again nominated for the ‘Fight of the Year’ award, this time for his war with Martin Kampmann.

Charles ‘Mask’ Lewis

As announced by Fighters Only CEO Rob Hewitt the ‘Fighter of the Year’ award is now known as the ‘Charles Mask Lewis Fighter of the Year Award.’

Arianny Celeste

She will be hoping to once again solidify her status as the sexiest women in MMA as she is once more nominated for ‘Ring Girl of the Year.’

Dana White

After winning the ‘Leading Man’ award three years in a row he’s probably already made space in his trophy cabinet for what could be his fourth silver statuette.
