NEWS: “Toney will surprise a lot of people” [King Mo] 

Muhammed ‘King Mo’ Lawal says MMA fans will be surprised by former heavyweight boxing champion James Toney when he makes his MMA debut against Randy Couture. “I had the chance to work out with James Toney over the weekend. I’m working some stuff with him, but that’s about it. He’s stronger than I thought, but I don’t want to talk about it too much. He surprised me though – I give him his props. James is going to surprise a lot of people I think.”

FO: I understand that you still teach a junior wrestling class. Is there any particular motivation for that or is it simply something you enjoy doing?

CS: Coaching is long and thankless, but it is needed. Wrestling is a poor man’s sport and the kids I have would be on the streets if we didn’t give them a place to come each day. The worst thing a young person can have is free time.

INTERVIEW: PAUL ‘SEMTEX’ DALEYWhen UFC 113 FO:How did you feel after the incident in Montreal? Was it a case of being pro-active, or was there a bit of a slump?

PD: I just felt how I always feel: pretty relaxed about the whole situation. I think things fall into place and I’ve got a lot of faith and I know that things happen for a reason. There was no need for me to panic because I could tell by the response from the fans and people in the industry that I still had stuff to do regardless.
