MOVE ONE Control opponent as in Gain the Mount No. 1
MOVE TWO When opponent has leg up, place your arm through his leg onto his other thigh.
MOVE THREE Push forward and lean onto opponent making his hips go away from you.

MOVE FOUR Keeping your hand through his leg, step over your opponent.
MOVE FIVE Once over, pull out your hand and base-off.
MOVE SIX You’re now in the mount position to strike.
