This exercise should be done at full power for 3 x 1 minute rounds with no rest. The object of the exercise is not speed, but power. 



1 Hit the bag with full power and move around like you would a live opponent. 1 minute



2 Hit the dummy hard with punches, elbows and knees. Move around the dummy as if it were an opponent. 1 minute



3 This is where your partner has to give you a gruelling workout and make you work like a demon for the last minute. Hit hard and go for the KO.
