They say three is the magic number, and that’s certainly the theme running through ONE Championship’s upcoming event on February 25.

Titled, ONE: Full Circle, the fight card offers a quartet of top-drawer matchups that look set to thrill inside the Singapore Indoor Stadium.

The top of the card features three world title fights, across three different sports.

The main event sees middleweight world champion Reinier de Ridder put his championship on the line against ONE welterweight champion and fellow grappling ace, Kiamrian Abbasov.

The co-main attraction features the light heavyweight kickboxing world title as defending champion Roman Kryklia looks to defend his title against top contender Murat Aygun.

And there’s Muay Thai world title action on the card, too, with featherweight world champ Petchmorakot Petchyindee takes on Jamal Yusupov.

But the three title fights aren’t the only big-time attraction on the card. There’s also an epic trilogy fight between former ONE middleweight world champions Aung La N Sang and Vitaly Bigdash.

Then-champion Bigdash defeated N Sang in their first meeting after the Myanmar athlete stepped in on short notice back in January 2017, but “The Burmese Python’s” performance in defeat earned him a second shot at the title five months later, and he made it count as he dethroned Bigdash to start a remarkable championship run that saw him become a two-division champion.

That run ended in back-to-back defeats to De Ridder, who took both of N Sang’s titles in successive bouts in 2020 and 2021. Now N Sang is looking to work his way back to the gold, and faces fellow former champ Bigdash, who is on a comeback trail of his own.

It’s a bout that could propel the winner into a bout with De Ridder later this year, and a matchup that could steal the show, despite the three championship bouts above it on the fight card.
