Randy Couture This icon of MMA rose to be a sergeant in the 101st Airborne where he was an air traffic controller prior to controlling his opponents in the cage with his legendary dirty boxing techniques.

Tim Kennedy Another warrior decorated for valor under fire, Kennedy was part of the elite Special Forces and had tours of Iraq and Afghanistan as a sniper. He competed in MMA while still serving as a Green Beret.

Liz Carmouche Famed for competing in the UFC’s first ever female bout against Ronda Rousey, Carmouche was an aviation technician in the Marine Corps and completed three tours of duty in the Middle East.

Andrew Todhunter Aptly named “The Sniper” the recently recruited UFC fighter has an undefeated amateur and professional record. Todhunter served as a sharpshooter in the US Army before committing to MMA.

Colton Smith Another fighter who competed while still serving, this Army Ranger won the Ultimate Fighter Series 16 and competed in the UFC Fight for the Troops. He is still an active member of the US Army.

Brandon Vera Vera was medically discharged from the US Airforce after damaging ligaments in his elbow while competing in the military wrestling team. He later fought some of the biggest names in MMA.

Tim Credeur Joining the Navy inspired Tim to forge his fighting career. The former sonar operator had never trained as an athlete prior to his military service and this helped him achieve his dream.
