UFC Vegas 90 weigh-ins witnessed four fighters miss weight, with only one fight being scrapped.
Alex Hernandez, Cynthia Calvillo, Nora Cornolle and Melissa Mullins all tipped the scales over the contracted weight, with differing outcomes.
Hernandez initially came in at 150lbs for his Featherweight co main event against Damon Jackson. At the second time of asking, Hernandez came in at 147.5lbs. He will sacrifice 20% of his purse but the bout will go ahead.
Calvillo vs Rodriguez is the only fight that has been removed from the card with Calvillo, who has missed the Strawweight limit for the third time, coming in at 119lbs.
Cornolle and Mullins will still face off against eachother, even though both athletes missed weight by 2.5lbs and 2lbs, respectively.
In the main event, Brendan Allen will square off against Chris Curtis in a Middleweight contest. Both men came in bang on the 186lbs limit.
Allen was initially scheduled to face Marvin Vettori but the Italian had to withdraw from the contest due to injury. Chris Curtis, the last man who beat Brendan Allen, then stepped up to the plate to save the main event.
Since their first meeting, 'All In' has been in incredible form. The 28-year-old currently finds himself on a six fight win streak and enters the Curtis rematch on the back of what is widely considered a career best performance against Paul Craig in November 2023.
In contrast, Curtis has struggled to find consistent form since beating Allen, going 4-2-0-1 in his six subsequent contests.
The bout could prove to be a huge success for Curtis, if he can get his hand raised. 'Chaos' currently sits 14th in the Middleweight rankings so a win over the number 6 ranked Allen could catapult Curtis into the top 10.
In the co-main event Alexander Hernandez will square off against Damon Jackson in a Featherweight bout. Since signing with the UFC in 2018, Hernandez has really struggled to place himself in the upper echelons of the Lightweight and Featherweight divisions.
Entering the Jackson bout, the 31-year-old finds himself 1-3 in his last four with losses to Renato Moicano, Billy Quarantillo and Bill Algeo cushioning his win against Jim Miller.
Jackson also finds himself in a dip of form. On a four fight win streak heading into 2023, the 35 year old had a difficult year. First he faced Dan Ige in January 2023 and was brutally finished by '50K' in the second round of their contest. He then faced Billy Quarantillo later in the year and found himself on the wrong side of a unanimous decision.
Morgan Charriere made a huge impact in his promotional debut, the Frenchman is back in action against Chepe Mariscal in a Featherweight bout.
After four years competing on Cage Warriors, the call from the UFC eventually came in 2023 and 'The Last Pirate' grabbed the opportunity with hands, making his promotional debut in front of a home crowd when he faced Manolo Zecchini at UFC Paris.
Mariscal will prove to be a stern test for Charriere. The American is on a five fight win streak and has not lost since 2020. Currently at 2-0 in the UFC, the Charriere scalp would certainly be his biggest win to date.
Former Featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie returns to The Octagon for the first time since 2020 in a Bantamweight bout against Norma Dumont.
Unbeaten British prospect Melissa Tonya Mullins kicks off the card against Nora Cornolle as both women look to work their way up the 135lbs rankings.
