Lauzon was beaten in the semi-finals of TUF 5 but became a big fan favorite. He tied for post-fight bonus wins and took the most Submission of the Night awards.
TJ Dillashaw
Although TJ Dillashaw was knocked out in under two minutes in the TUF 14 finale, he went on to win UFC bantamweight gold on two occasions.
Josh Koscheck
After losing in the semi-finals of TUF 1, Koscheck went on to have a 10-year career in the UFC, which included an unsuccessful shot at taking GSP's welterweight title.
Al Iaquinta
TUF 15 runner-up Al Iaquinta made a great start in the UFC going 9-1 and then headlining UFC 223 against Khabib Nurmagomedov as a late replacement.
Gray Maynard
Eight straight wins after the TUF 5 finale Maynard fought Frankie Edgar to a draw in a lightweight title Fight of the Year. He lost the rematch but stayed in the UFC until 2019.
Matt Brown
Even with a loss in the quarter finals of TUF 7, Matt Brown's vicious KOs in previous rounds saw him earn a contract and amass 15 wins in his impressive 12-year UFC stint.
Rose Namajunas
Namajunas finished TUF 20 as runner-up, but just six fights later she would go on to dethrone Joanna Jedrzejczyk and win the UFC strawweight title.
Kenny Florian
Although finishing runner-up in TUF 1, Kenny Florian spent six years in the UFC, challenging for titles on three occasions, but coming up short each time.
