Throw your opponent to the mat and into the perfect position for an armbar

Jimmy Pedro Jr

The US Olympic coach and 6th degree black belt shows you, along with Aaron Kunuhiro, judo techniques that work for MMA

1 - Jimmy has a cross grip on Aaron’s lapel and control of his left arm.

2 - Using his grips, Jimmy pulls Aaron onto his toes.

3 - Jimmy creates an angle on Aaron by stepping back with his right foot.

4 - Jimmy steps across Aaron with his left leg and pulls him over it.

5 - As Aaron hits the mat, Jimmy keeps hold of his sleeve to set up the submission.

6 - Jimmy takes double wrist control and steps over Aaron’s head with his right foot.

7 - After falling to his back, jimmy raises his hips to finish the armbar
