UFC women’s 135lb champ Ronda Rousey recently starred in an advert for Budweiser in Brazil. During the advert, we see ‘Rowdy’ training in the gym and running through a forest, though we’re not sure how that relates to having a nice cold beer. Maybe it’s the secret behind her success?

Ever wondered what happened to Hong Man Choi? You know, the seven-foot-two South Korean giant best known in MMA for having his arm cranked by Fedor Emelianenko at the Yarennoka! New Year’s Eve 2007 show in Japan.
Well, after a six years away from fighting, which featured some TV work, movie roles and weird pop single Beauty and the Beast, the ‘Techno Goliath’ made his return to mixed martial arts at Road FC 24 in July, although it didn’t last very long.
Fighting in the co-main event at the Ariake Coliseum in Tokyo, Japan, the 34-year-old was knocked out after 89 seconds by Brazilian former middleweight Carlos Toyota. Not quite the momentous return the giant hoped for.
England, UK: ‘Almighty’ poop
UFC featherweight Arnold Allen was touted as GB’s most promising MMA talent ahead of his UFC debut in June, and he followed through with an impressive submission to justify the hype and pocket a cool $50,000 ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus. But that’s not the only time he’s followed through. ‘Almighty’ admitted to FO that he once soiled himself while walking to the bank, yet continued on and even managed to drive home.
