TOP TIPS

STUDENT

Your hands should always be high, ready to block your opponent’s first strike.

KRU

When rolling under a hook, bend your knees, keep your back straight and your eyes on your opponent. You’ll be vulnerable to counter strikes if you look at the floor or lean forward.

MASTER

Keep the pressure on by throwing a strike from your left side so you can continue a flowing combination by rotating your hips.
