It’s cool. Is it legit? We’ll see. At the end of the day, this is a sport but it’s also entertainment too. It’s like if Kim Kardashian decided she wanted to fight in the UFC’s women’s division. Do you think anyone would say no to it? Of course not. They’d all want to see her fight. Do you know how many f***ing pay-per-view buys a fight between Ronda Rousey and Kim Kardashian would do? They’d break the record for PPV’s as soon as it was announced. This is a business and CM Punk is good for business. Whether or not he’s a success in the Octagon, only time will tell.

It’s a dangerous thing because this is not just some thing that you’ve seen on TV that might be a cool idea to do if you and your buddies get drunk and you want to wrestle around and fight each other in the back yard. If you get in there with a trained professional, you’re going to get hurt. There’s no two ways about it. I don’t care if you can fight on the street, you have not fought trained professionals. Not only that, but the guys in the UFC are some of the best in the world. So it scares me more than it excites me because I don’t know if he knows what he’s doing. I can ensure that everyone else in his division, whatever division he chooses to be in, does know what they’re doing and they will not take it easy on him.
