“Peanut butter and jelly, waffles, eggs, almond milk, pineapple.”

What do you gorge on?

“Chocolate. Usually yellow bag (peanut) M&M’s.”

What do you cheat with?

“I’m a big pizza guy. Nothing beats a fresh slice.”

Do you keep anything other than frozen peas in your freezer?

“Vanilla and chocolate ice cream, although only when I can have it. I can’t even have it in the house when I’m in fight camp.”

What is your favorite bottled sauce?

“I have ketchup with virtually everything. And I love ranch dressing too... While on my pasta or spaghetti I’ll go with vodka and Alfredo sauce every time.”



What dessert do you enjoy?

“I love chocolate lava cakes. I know, they’re not great for a diet. But you can’t beat that chocolatey sugar rush.”

What is your own signature dish?

“Penne alla vodka con Alfredo and pollo (chicken). It’s a classic Italian recipe.”

What is your favorite meal during fight camp?

“Tilapia (fish) with quinoa, spinach, and a little rice.”

What meal do you eat after the weigh-in?

“I always try to find a nice Italian spot. Usually for pasta.”

What food do you look forward to most after a fight?

“I eat everything that comes within snatching distance... It’s usually pizza. A couple of pizzas in fact!”

Which nationality of food is your favorite?

“Jamaican. I love my mom’s oxtail dish. She does it with brown rice and peas and it’s delicious.”
