MMA’s most sought-after grappling coach, Pancrase Submission Wrestling world champion Ricky Lundell shows you how to tighten up your ground game with former UFC heavyweight champ Frank Mir



1. Frank is in the mount position. Ricky brings both hands inside and onto Frank’s stomach.



2. Ricky bridges Frank by popping his hips up and arching his back off the mat. 



3. Ricky pushes Frank to the side to create space, then he slips his right knee through Frank’s legs. 



4. Ricky then brings his left foot over the top of Frank’s back leg and immediately pinches to close the gap. 



5. He then pushes Frank away and extends his hips back, which extends Frank’s right leg.



6. With his left arm hooked around the ankle Ricky brings his thumb around so it faces away from his body for more torque. 



7. To finish the submission and get the tap, Ricky arches his back and leans on Frank’s ankle.
