Tooth-cracking action from UFC Fight Night 60, but not toothpick-cracking we should add. Yes, former lightweight champion Benson Henderson was at it again in Colorado last month, only this time he took his wood-chewing antics to a whole new level. As if stepping up a weight division and taking on proven fight finisher Brandon Thatch wasn’t tough enough, Benson decided to do it with a toothpick in his mouth. Quite what inspires him to fight with a sharpened stick in his chops is anyone’s guess. But it worked, as demonstrated by his fourth-round rear-naked choke victory.
