SATURDAY 24TH
Woodley relaxes after a three-hour training session by enjoying the action at UFC 173, where pal Robbie Lawler is taking on Jake Ellenberger in a potential title-eliminator. Woodley tweets: “I’m w/ u in spirit bro! @Ruthless_RL Do work tonight son!” Lawler wins the fight via TKO in the third.
SUNDAY 25TH
The number three-ranked UFC welterweight is in Minneapolis for the wedding of his pals Raymond and Amy. “Great to catch up with college friends,” says Woodley.
TUESDAY 27TH
The 13-2 170lb’er is in the zone today – with his Monster Products headphones and oxygen-limiting elevation trainer – getting a sweat on in the gym in preparation for his fight against Rory MacDonald at UFC 174 on June 14th.
FRIDAY 30TH
After another day of intense training, Woodley focuses on an often overlooked aspect of fight camp: recovery. He fuels his muscles with some good food courtesy of Metabolic Meals before heading off for a massage.

MONDAY 2ND
Another week, another day of strenuous physical activity for the American Top Team athlete. While putting in work in the gym, Tyron takes a break to do an interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, telling the reporter of his upcoming fight in Canada: “I’m going up there and I’m going up there to win.”
TUESDAY 3RD
The confident welterweight continues his camp with a day of strength and conditioning with coach Derek Fairchild. As his date with Rory MacDonald draws ever closer, Woodley is sticking to a strict diet regime of healthy meals and two gallons of water daily to help him get lean and ready to weigh-in at 170lb the day before the fight.
THURSDAY 5TH
Tyron guests on MMAjunkie Radio to discuss his fight against Rory before attending a food event hosted by St Louis magazine, a premier lifestyle publication. Head chef at the Mail Lee restaurant, and fight fan, Qui Tran poses for a photo with Woodley.
