What age did you start training?
SWANSON
“I started training to fight when I was 19 years old.”
KEDZIE
“I started martial arts when I was four, got serious with MMA at 22 or 23.”
How quick was your fastest knockout?
SWANSON
“It was 2:40.”(1:59, KOTC 58, 2005)
KEDZIE
“For MMA I believe it was 18 seconds.” (Cage Rage Indiana, 2006)
SWANSON
“José Aldo – who else could I say?”
KEDZIE
“Whoever I’m fighting next.”
Favorite part of training camp?
SWANSON
“Cheat meals (laughs).”
KEDZIE
“The final week before you leave when it’s the hardest and you cry everyday.”
Would you prefer a ‘Fight of the Night’ or an early TKO?
SWANSON
“‘Fight of the Night’ – I love a good scrap, and pleasing the fans.”
KEDZIE
“’Fight of the Night.’ I love going to war with somebody.”

Round 2: PERSONAL LIFE
What car do you drive?
SWANSON
“A Nissan 350z.”
KEDZIE
“A 2001 Toyota 4Runner with a cracked windshield.”
Do you have any higher education?
SWANSON
“I gotta year and a half of junior college (laughs).”
KEDZIE
“A Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Indiana University.”
What’s your favorite meal?
SWANSON
“Cookies. I love ‘em.”
KEDZIE
“I love steak – rare. I like it pretty raw.”
How many Twitter/Facebook friends have you got?
SWANSON
“I have 25,000 followers on Twitter, and 5,000 on Facebook.”
KEDZIE
“I think Twitter has 11,600, and Facebook fan page I think is about 5,000 ‘Likes.’”
Who’s your ideal woman/man?
SWANSON
“Monster Girl (laughs).”
KEDZIE
“Liam Neeson (laughs).”

…stolen anything from a hotel?
SWANSON
“Yes, the lotion and a towel.”
KEDZIE
“Yes, a bath robe.”

SWANSON
“No… I mean yes, of course, yes.”
KEDZIE
“Heck yeah, probably every day.”
…had a crush on a friend’s mother/father?
SWANSON
“Of course… (laughs).”
KEDZIE
“No, but that’s a good one. I’ll be looking at them now.”
…ridden an animal?
SWANSON
“Yes. Horses.”
KEDZIE
“Yes, I went on a camel safari in India when I was 19.”
…considered taking a bullet for someone?
SWANSON
“Yes… (laughs).”
KEDZIE
“Yes I would. It would be nice if it was a grazing shot.”
