What five foods do you need in your fridge at all times?

“I’d need some kind of pie. A pie should definitely be in there. I also need milk and cereal in there too. Throw in some bacon and eggs and I’m happy (laughs).”

Do you have any cheat meals during your training camp?

“I’d say that sweet potatoes are my cheat meal which is funny because sweet potatoes aren’t even much of a cheat meal. However, I absolutely love sweet potatoes.”

Do you keep anything besides from the usual in the freezer?

“I like to keep a couple of tacos in there. I’m a big meat lover so I have plenty of steaks and stuff like that. We like to keep the grill on in our house, especially when it’s warm outside (laughs). I do try and have some greens though. I make some fantastic jalapeno poppers with some cream cheese on it, then wrap it up in bacon. That’s always pretty nice.”

What’s your favorite desert?

“That would have to be pumpkin pie.”

What’s your favorite bottled sauce?

“It’s got to be Jack Daniel’s BBQ sauce.”

What meal do you eat right after the weigh-ins?

“I like to have some sweet potatoes, mixed with chicken or fish and most importantly lots of vegetables.”

What is your signature dish?

“I would have to say bacon and eggs. I make an absolutely mean omelet.”

What nationality of food is your favorite?

“I’ve really been into Thai food recently, but there’s nothing better than good ol’ country food. Chicken fried steak and all that is fantastic. Thai food is very, very good though.”
