What age did you start training?

PICKETT: “I was 26.” 

BROWN: “I started wrestling in 1989, then began training jiu-jitsu in 1995.” 

How quick was your fastest knockout? 

PICKETT: “17 seconds.” (Stuart Grant, Cage Rage 9: No Mercy) 

BROWN: “I’d say one-and-a-half minutes.” (78 seconds, Cole Province, AFC 19) 

Toughest opponent faced? 

PICKETT: “Renan Barao.”

BROWN: “José Aldo” 

Favorite part of training camp?

PICKETT: “The end.” 

BROWN: “Sparring.” 

How many ‘Fight…’, ‘Sub…’ or ‘KO of the Night’ bonuses have you had?

PICKETT: “I’ve had five already.” 

BROWN: “I’ve had three, so far.”

Round 2: PERSONAL LIFE

What car do you drive?

PICKETT: “I don’t have one (laughs).” 

BROWN: “A 2011 Honda Accord.” 

Do you have any pets?

PICKETT: “I have one with Mike when I’m in America, a Maltese called Gaga.” 

BROWN: “We have a Maltese – and three-to-five cats, depending on the day.”

What’s your favorite meal?

PICKETT: “I’d have to say steak.” 

BROWN: “Lobster.” 

How many Twitter/Facebook friends have you got?

PICKETT: “On Twitter I’m on 23,000, my Facebook fan page has 2,900 likes.” 

BROWN: “I’ve got about 25,000 on Twitter, 

and 8,000 on Facebook.” 

Who is your hero?

PICKETT: “Bruce Lee.” 

BROWN: “My high school wrestling coach, Ted Reese.”

…stolen anything from a hotel?

PICKETT: “I stole some really nice salt and pepper shakers from a posh hotel once (laughs).” 

BROWN: “I stole some salt and pepper shakers too, from the MGM Grand after breakfast.”

…dropped food on the floor but eaten it anyway?

PICKETT: “All the time. The 10-second rule can turn into the minute rule (laughs).” 

BROWN: “Of course.” 

... killed your dinner?

PICKETT: “Yeah. I’ve killed fish before.” 

BROWN: “Yes.” 

…ridden an animal?

PICKETT: “An elephant, a camel, a horse and a dog when I was a kid (laughs).” 

BROWN: “Yes, I have” 

... made your own booze?

PICKETT: “I’ve mixed drinks together, so yeah.” 

BROWN: “No.”
