What age did you start training?
“I wrestled three years in high school and boxed too. I started training to fight around age 26.”
How quick was your fastest knockout?
“I believe it was around 20 seconds
(25 seconds, Wes Combs, June 2009).”
Toughest opponent faced?
“I would have to say Matt Mitrione.”
‘Fight of the Night’ or early TKO?
“Early TKO (laughs).”
How many Fight, Sub’ or KO ‘...of the Night’ bonuses have you had?
“‘Fight of the Night’ once, against Mitrione.”

What car do you drive?
“I would like a new Dodge Charger, I know that, but right now I just roll in a Saturn.”
Any pets?
“An American bulldog named Brittney and a doberman pinscher chihuahua mix named Rosie!”
What is your favorite meal?
“Has to be my mom’s special birthday enchiladas, with the beans and rice and everything.”
How many Twitter/Facebook followers have you got?
“Around 7,000 on Twitter and 3,500 on Facebook.”
Skimmed milk or ice-cold beer?
“Cold beer, of course.”

“No, I don’t think so.”

“I don’t get paid by the minute so I would have to say early KO.”

“I have a ‘Knockout of the Night,’ against Stefan Struve.”

“I got two dogs too, one an American bulldog and one a pitbull Neopolitan mastiff mix.”
