UFC BAG
“I use my UFC bag if I need to take anything with me to the gym. But most of the time, I keep stuff there at London Shootfighters. My head guard, shin guards and groin guard are pretty much at the gym all the time.”
CNP SUPPLEMENTS
“I love to use CNP supplements. I always make sure I have some pre and post-workout products in my bag for when I’m on the go. I never really want to miss a meal, so I’ll always have CNP drinks or some sort of meal replacement with me.”
EXTRA MOUTHGUARD
“I always have a spare mouthpiece in my bag, just in case I didn’t leave one at the gym or we end up going somewhere else.”
GRAPPLE WEAR GLOVES
“I really like the feel of these gloves. I haven’t had any trouble with them and the Velcro barely ever comes off. They offer good protection for my hands, and I wear them during sparring.”
GRAPPLE WEAR SHINGUARDS
“Great protection for my shins and they’re also really comfortable. You never want to hurt yourself whilst sparring, so wearing these are essential.”
TWINS HEAD GUARD
“I like my Twins headgear because I know that if I spar hard that I’m going to be safe. It fits my head perfectly and has a good chinstrap, so you know you won’t get knocked out too easily.”
NIKE PRO RASH GUARD
“It’s a really comfortable rash guard and it’s snug so you feel safe that you won’t get crazy rashes or anything like that.”
NIKE RUNNING SHOES
“I usually go between Nike and Asics. At the moment, I’m wearing Nike running shoes. I use those two because I feel like they’re the nicest and most comfortable for my feet.”
BEATS BY DRE HEADPHONES
“I don’t usually listen to music whilst I’m training, but on my way to the gym I like to. I listen to a lot of Audioslave, The Black Keys, The Black Angels, bands like that. I’ve actually had a lot of fun listening to ‘101 Power Ballads’ on the way into the gym (laughs). I got sent these Beats By Dre headphones by the UFC for Christmas one year. That was pretty nice.”
