What age did you start training?

“I played a ton of sports growing up but I only started wrestling when I was 20 years old.”

“I started wrestling when I was 13, and mixed martial arts when I was 30 years old.”
How quick was your fastest knockout?
Jake Ellenberger?
“(Jose) Landi-Jons in Canada, it was like eight or nine seconds.”

“54 seconds, I knocked out CB Dollaway in March.”
Favorite move to end a fight?

“Most satisfying is by knockout for sure. Nothing compares.”

“I would have to say knockout.”

“Carlos Rocha, who I fought back in February, he was pretty tough. Carlos Condit too.”

“The toughest fight I’ve had was Yushin Okami.”

“Jake Shields was my actually first bonus; ‘Knockout of the Night.’”
