ROUND 1: AROUND THE OCTAGON
What age did you start training?
Started wrestling and football in the fourth grade. I’d already done a little gymnastics before that.
How quick was your fastest victory?
It was either eight or 12 seconds, I think...
(Seven seconds, KO against Eric Tix in 2002)
Favorite move to end a fight?
I love smashing on a guy so much that he’s begging for the ref to stop it.
Toughest opponent faced?
Obviously, I have to say Georges St Pierre. That’s the only UFC fight I’ve lost.
How many Fight, Sub’ or KO ‘...of the Night’ bonuses have you had?
One, my fight with Georges, that was ‘Fight of the Night.’
ROUND 2: PERSONAL LIFE
What car do you drive?
Toyota Tundra, but check my YouTube page as it’s jacked up. It’s pretty serious.
Favorite luxury item?
I do like expensive watches.
Any pets?
A bulldog named Bricktop who has his own Twitter (@BrickTopFitch). Watch his videos.
Skimmed milk or ice-cold beer?
Cow’s milk is poison. In 50 years we’ll look at the milk industry like we do the tobacco industry.
How many Twitter/Facebook followers have you got?
32,000 on Twitter and 5,000 limit on Facebook and then 8,000 on my fan page.

… stolen anything from a hotel?
I went through a stage when almost everything in my house had a hotel logo on it.
… dropped food on the floor but eaten it anyway?
Oh yeah, ‘God made dirt, it don’t hurt!’
… had a crush on a friend’s mother?
No. None of my friends ever had hot moms. A couple of my girlfriends did.
… been caught with porn?
By my mother? No. But my wife, sure. It’s no big deal.
… ridden an animal?
Yeah, horses.
Finally, if you could choose your teammate’s next opponent who would it be?
Matt Hughes, definitely. Koscheck has wanted that fight for a long time.

Wrestling aged four, started fighting aged 25.
How quick was your fastest knockout?
I have no clue! (Frank Trigg, UFC 103, TKO, 85 seconds)
Favorite move to end a fight?
Knockout, definitely.
Toughest opponent faced?
I’d have to say GSP also.
How many Fight, Sub’ or KO ‘...of the Night’ bonuses have you had?
Four. Two ‘Fight of the Night’s and one of each, Submission and Knockout.

What car do you drive?
A Range Rover and a Ferrari.

My PlayStation 3.

Ice-cold beer every time.
