“Water, eggs, sausage, vegetables and plenty of meat; chicken, turkey and beef.”
What do you gorge on?
“I eat almost everything but I only eat the right foods to fuel my body and prepare me for training.”
What do you cheat with?
“Nothing. I don’t eat any cheat foods.”
Do you keep anything other than frozen peas in your freezer?
“Ice bags, of course.”
What is your favorite bottled sauce?
“Definitely mayonnaise. I love it and I will put it on anything.”
What is your own signature dish?
“French cake. It’s a desert, I am very good at baking actually. That’s my favorite thing to cook. Plus, I also make an amazing pizza.”
What is your favorite meal during fight camp?
“My mother is my chef and travels with me and everything she makes is my favorite. Every meal I love and enjoy.”
What meal do you eat after the weigh-in?
“Something very tasty. I love to eat anything very delicious.”
What food do you look forward to most after a fight?
“I don’t have to cut weight so I don’t have to leave anything offmy menu.”
Which nationality of food is your favorite?
“French food, of course, but as I travel a lot I have opportunities to eat a lot of different foods, many of which I enjoy.”
