Bad Boy bag

“I really love my Bad Boy bag. I’m sponsored by them so that helps, but it’s really convenient because it has a bunch of pockets which I can put all my gear in. It’s also pretty big so I can fit everything I need in there. To be honest, I have a lot of bags but that one is the best out of all of the ones I have.”


Asics running shoes

“When I’m running I wear Asics running shoes, simply because they fit nicely to my feet. I feel like I’m gliding when I’m running, which is good because I’m always trying to keep my cardio in check and stay fit.”


Bad Boy boxing gloves

“I predominantly wear 16oz Bad Boy boxing gloves, especially when I’m ground fighting. I like to strike hard when I’m using my ground ‘n’ pound, but obviously I don’t want to hurt the person I’m hitting because it’s just training.”



Mineral water  

“I like to drink a lot of fluoride-free water, especially Buxton water when I’m in the UK. I don’t drink anything with fluoride in it. I think that it’s bad for you and I try to keep my body as healthy as much as possible – even with the water I drink.”


Sennheiser gel earphones

“When I’m training I like to listen to Bob Marley as it helps me relax, so I use my Sennheiser gel earphones. I have the type that go inside of your ears, instead of any other type because it’s difficult to keep earphones in when you’ve got a cauliflower ear (laughs).”


Bad Boy shin guards

“Again, because they’re my sponsors they send me a bunch of their stuff. However, I really do love using their shin guards as they fit incredibly well and I don’t want to get hurt when I’m kicking the heavy bag, so I use those to protect my legs. They’re pretty much like armor for me.”

“I’m also sponsored by these guys. They’ve got great products that I love to use so I always have those with me as they really make me feel great. I train really hard and I train on a regular basis, so it all helps me recover quickly and helps with all the aches and pains I have.”


Elastic rubber bands

“I use these to disrupt the lactic acid in my body. You put them between your feet and do upright rows and you can attach them to a parallel bars and punch with them. They’re really good for my body and I use them all the time.”
