Jubilant, Sam Stout emits a roar after cleanly knocking out Yves Edwards at UFC 131 in Vancouver, Canada. ‘Hands of Stone’ smashed a heavy left hook into Edwards’ jaw that sent the ‘thug-jitsu master’ thudding to the mat, spread-eagled, in front of 14,000 of Stout’s screaming countrymen. Thankfully Edwards made a healthy exit from the cage, and he takes the dubious honor of being on the receiving end of what UFC president Dana White described as “one of the nastiest I’ve ever seen.”
