We’ve got the original ‘Prodigy’ featured in this month’s issue, but recently we’ve come across a couple of real live ones. These near-mythical fighters are a reality, and they’re just as special as you’d imagine. 

Nutrition

If you’re going to train hard, eat properly. We found this out the hard way. That means no Indian food before training, and chocolate milkshakes are not the same thing as protein drinks. Damn. 

Big John won’t referee forever

A true legend of the UFC passes out, leaving a 6’6” hole in our hearts. We love you John! 

Documentary makers love MMA
