This easy-to-make shake makes a great breakfast with the porridge oats added in. The peanut butter is a cheeky addition, but it really helps if you are sick of the straight up health regime. The shake shown is chocolate, but you can use whichever protein powder you like depending on your taste, simply leave the banana out if you wish. And remember, all you need to do is mix it, blend it and drink it!


Ingredients

Follow the instructions: protein powder (chocolate)

As above: Milk or water

40gm or a good shake porridge oats

1 cheeky spoon (a big one!) peanut butter

1 banana


Method

This isn’t a hard one, simply take a large jug or a blender and add all of the ingredients.   Place on the lid and blend, or use a stick blender and blitz it. Add a couple of ice cubes if required and serve. 

 

Crucial

No peanut butter is close to Skippy’s peanut butter. Use this or go home!
