MOVE ONE When on the mount, strike so that your opponent covers his face to protect himself.
MOVE TWO Hold opposite to opposite, his bicep/tricep with your hand.
MOVE THREE With other hand push his face/chin away from the arm you’re attacking.
MOVE FOUR Sit up and place your foot to side of his body.
MOVE FIVE In one swift movement, swing other leg over opponent’s head, while removing your hand from his face.
MOVE SIX Fall to your back and secure both hands around his wrist.
Make sure his thumb is pointing upward. Pull arm back and raise your hips high – keep feet planted firmly on the floor.
