The mount is one of the strongest positions for ground ‘n’ pound.



MOVE ONE When in side control, under hook his head with arm nearest to you.
MOVE TWO With your other arm, hold down his hips to keep him flat.
MOVE THREE Slide your knee (do not jump) onto his stomach.

MOVE FOUR Once your knee is on his stomach, base-off with your hand.
MOVE FIVE Slide knee over to floor and pull out your hand from around his neck. Make sure you base-off immediately.
MOVE SIX Raise up and strike.
