MMA’s popularity continues to grow in Eastern Europe.
The MMA world continues to expand its horizons as Polish fight promotion, KSW turns 15 years old this year. Eastern Europe has been the breeding ground for some of the world’s toughest combat sports’ athletes and the fan base that exists in this part of the world is truly impressive. KSW has recorded attendances for its events in excess of 57,000 while TV ratings are buoyant, with an average viewership of 1.3 million making KSW 43 – held in Wroclaw on April 14 of this year – the most watched programme on Polish TV that night.
