It was another instalment of From Russia With Love at the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix

MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko, 42, lands a perfect left hand to the jaw of opponent Chael Sonnen, 41, during their semi-final bout at the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix. The Russian fighter remains a fan favorite and even Sonnen himself went on to proclaim the Russian as the greatest heavyweight in the history of the sport after being finished by his signature ground and pound with only 14 seconds left in the first round of the fight. This was of course after the ‘Bad Guy’ had been characteristically insulting and derogatory in the build-up. Emelianenko now progresses to the final of the event where he will meet Ryan Bader, with the bout scheduled to take place at The Forum in Inglewood on January 26.
