A fighter’s heart never dies and there seems to be no calming the beast within UFC Hall of Famer, BJ Penn who stepped into the Octagon at the age of 40 to compete in a lightweight bout against BJJ blackbelt, Ryan Hall. Despite Penn taking the fight to his opponent in the early stages, Hall administered a first round submission defeat by ‘heel hook’ – the first in the illustrious career of one of the greatest champions of all time.
