KSW welterweight champion Roberto Soldic returns to defend his title against top Czech fighter Patrik Kincl this Saturday night in the main event of KSW 63 in Warsaw, Poland.

Soldic (18-3) has been a dominant force since joining the promotion in 2017 and has risen to become one of the top prospects on the European scene. The 26-year-old has reeled off one devastating win after another, with notable victories scored over now-UFC star Dricus Du Plessis, and KSW legends Borys Mankowski and Michal Materla.

The Croatian now finds himself coming up against potentially the most difficult opponent to date in Kincl (24-9). The Czech fighter might not be well-known internationally, but he has long been one of Europe’s top welterweight campaigners.

The 32-year-old is 16-2 since 2013 and has already dispatched Polish MMA legend Tomasz Drwal and KSW reality TV show winner Tomasz Romanowski since joining KSW at the end of 2020.

Between them, Soldic and Kincl possess a remarkable 85% finishing rate with a combined 34 stoppages from their 42 combined wins – a stat that sets up a potentially explosive encounter when the pair clash in Saturday night’s headliner.

The night’s co-main attraction features an intriguing all-Polish clash between Olympic bronze medal-winning Greco-Roman wrestler Damian Janikowski (6-3) and former UFC fighter Pawel Pawlak (18-4-1), who steps into the KSW arena for the first time after amassing an impressive 7-1-1 run in Poland.

Elsewhere on the card, heavyweight finishers Darko Stosic (15-4) and Michal Andryszak (22-9) will face off, while former KSW bantamweight champion Antun Racic (25-9-1) faces top Polish prospect Jakub Wicklacz (11-3-1) in a 135-pound clash.
