After losing to Lyoto Machida at Bellator 222, Chael Sonnen finally called time on his career. “Ladies and gentlemen, I’m walking out. I appreciate the memories. And goodbye.” Over the course of his career “The American Gangster” fought many of the very best in the sport’s history; including Jon Jones, Fedor Emelianenko, Anderson Silva and more.
Over the 22 years of his pro career, he's given us some great memories, none better than this month's Flashback, his first fight with Silva at UFC 117 which won him the 2010 Fighters Only World MMA Fight of the Year award despite him losing the fight via submission after dominating for five rounds.
