The Brazilian heavyweight, Dos Santos dominated his Bulgarian foe, Blagoy Ivanov in a contest that stayed largely vertical. On the night, Ivanov's generous midriff seemed to catch a lot of Dos Santos' flak and the stats back this up, showing him landing almost twice as many in that area. Call it a blow for the old guard.
