Use a rubber guard to get your opponent stuck in an omoplata.

1) With Casey in his guard, Vinny postures up to grab him and stop him from attacking.

2) Vinny holds onto Casey and drags him to the mat where he can begin his attack.

3) By bringing one leg across the back of Casey's neck and holding it with his opposite arm, Vinny can trap him.

4) Vinny pushes Casey’s head to one side to give himself more room to maneuver his foot.

5) With the head clear, Vinny can slide his foot over his head and lock Casey’s arm down.
