As the first pro female to hail from Iceland, ‘Tsunami’ is already something of a pioneer. Her home gym of Mjolnir in Reykjavik is where you’ll find Gunnar Nelson – the country’s biggest martial arts export – as well as many other top fighters, from home and abroad. Debuting under the Invicta banner in 2016 after winning the IMMAF European Championships, she is now 4-1 and well-versed in the nomadic life, having fought in the USA five times as a pro, the UK and Ireland as an amateur, and boasting training stints in Thailand and Canada.
