A fight that’s largely forgotten by all but the most hard-core of MMA fans. Kazuo Misaki went to war with Jorge Santiago for the middleweight title on New Year’s Eve, and after four founds, the ‘Grabaka Hitman’ looked like he’d get a great win for Japan after winning three of the first four rounds.
However, with 90 seconds to go in round five, ‘The Sandman’ completed of one of the greatest comebacks ever and closed the decade by putting his opponent to sleep.
