Use this when in your opponent's closed guard.



01 MOVE ONE

Place you palms on your opponent's hips, pushing your elbows into his thighs.



02 MOVE TWO

When his guard opens, trap his thigh with your forearm.



03 MOVE THREE

Slide your knee/shin on to thigh and go crossbody on your opponent. Make sure your foot stays inside opponent's guard.



04 MOVE FOUR

Bring your inside foot over your opponent's trapped leg, before moving to side control.



05 MOVE FIVE

You can now move your first leg to side control, while trapping his leg with your second foot.



06 MOVE SIX

You're now ready to pass the guard with other leg. You're now in control.
