This is The Machine's favourite move. Executed well, it will win any fight.



01 MOVE ONE

When in side control, extend your legs and keep your hips low. Hold your opponent's shoulder while forcing your forearm on his face, while other arm is underhook of opponent's shoulder.



02 MOVE TWO

Push your hip into opponent and when opponent looks up, strike into face while securing underhook with other arm.



03 MOVE THREE

If opponent looks into you, push on to his face with your hand.



04 MOVE FOUR

After pushing hard on to your opponent's face, follow with an elbow to his eyebrow, cheeks or nose.



05 MOVE FIVE

If opponent looks away from you, clench fist and use a hammer fist action.



06 MOVE SIX

Make sure your arm is not too tense, relax arm and strike hard with fist.
