Greg Jackson MMA’s most in-demand coach demonstrates the best techniques for the cage, aided by UFC bantamweight, John Dodson.

-To get John to shift his weight off his lead leg, Greg steps to the right.

- John shadows him by also stepping to his right.

- Now most of John’s weight is on his back leg, so Greg can throw a kick at his front leg.

-Greg angles his foot slightly and aims to strike the area of John’s leg that’s just above his knee.
